Actions I’ve taken so far
Pricing - offering different price points for different services.
Brand visibility - having a social media presence, and branding the office space where I operate.
Marketing strategy - for now I depend on social media (IG and FB) which is not converting to buying customers.
Process improvement - notifying customers of dispatched parcels via SMS in advance. Recording all deliveries on a daily basis.
GTM - setting up a physical office where customers can drop their parcels for delivery. The space also serves as a storage and fulfillment center.
Business development - offering different services which include storage, fulfillment, countrywide delivery, cash on delivery service and international mail and parcel delivery in partnership with UPS.
My future goals
Serve businesses across East Africa who require a 3PL partner to handle their warehousing and distribution across Kenya.
Have fulfillment centers in every major town in Kenya to ease cost of operation and increase revenues.
Use of technology to allow vendors onboard with ease, track their inventory and recipients can track their products while in transit.
My motivations to work with a mentor
I believe a mentor will guide me from an expert perspective on the areas that are currently challenging. This will give me a lot of insights and help me scale the business.

SPEEDGO Express LTD
SPEEDGO Express is a start up logistics company founded in 2020 with the aim of supporting businesses distribute their products across Kenya. The company has grown into finding new niches and solutions to online businesses which include Cash on Delivery services which really boosts online sales especially for new brands looking to penetrate the Kenyan market. Currently we are offering storage, order fulfillment and countrywide delivery services. In partnership with UPS, we started offering international mail and parcel services for individuals and businesses. Our vision is to be top of mind logistics brand in Kenya, offering reliable services and embracing technology to improve our customers' experience.
