My background as an entrepreneur
My current challenges
For the last 3 years I have been getting about the same income. And alone I can't jump above it. I understand that I work in familiar and understandable ways.
Actions I’ve taken so far
This is what I have now
- Group in social media “Parties for kids like business”, 9300 subscribers, 200 reviews - https://vk.com/prazdniki_kak_biznes
- 1200 subscribers in mail list, direct messages in VK
- 100 paying subscribers (around 16 USD per month).They receive 100 recorded video + 8 party scripts + 2 chats
- More than 200 recorded videos: webinars, masterclasses about kid’s party business (marketing, sales, finances) + presentations
- Contacts of experts in marketing, sales, heads of small event-businesses
- 20 clients in an advertising project. We help promote their groups in VK (100 USD per month) -4 clients with my personal everyday coaching (160 USD per month)
- Half-time remote employees: targetologist, copywriter, client-manager, 2 scriptwriters
My future goals
Here is my steps
- Make a decision about current business
- Find the idea how to level it up or create new one
- Test ideas and receive first results
- Increase income to 5000 USD per month
My motivations to work with a mentor
I expect a mentor to give me a different, fresh perspective, to help me realize my skills and experience to the fullest. It will help me increase my income.
About my venture
Parties for kids like business
Hi! I'm entrepreneur from Russia, 38 yo. Working as digital nomad, in Colombia now.
Last 3 years my income was stable around 2000 USD per month. I'm working in online education, helping small businesses to grow. I'm creating webinars about sales and marketing. Working with only russian clients who has buisnesses in events (kids parties, weddings etc).
