I'm looking forward to set up an engineering technology company in UAE. My challenge is the cost and market strategy to execute once we set up our engineering firm in UAE and target the MENA industries for their manufacturing issues and maintenance.

I've established a good network of multinational firms all over Pakistan and we are delivering them the required services and products in the field of engineering and consultancy. With a deep understanding of the latest industrial 4.0 technologies, we help factories automate their processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

To discuss the cost and strategy in developing a sub-office of Techno Control Corporation in UAE. Secondly to discuss the strategy to reach out to industries in the MENA region and target the factories for providing automation products and services. Lastly, to discuss the pros and cons of setting up the company and handling its operational cost.
