My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship
Mentors have many different expertises, and entrepreneurs have many different needs. However, no matter the difference in skill sets, active and engaged listening on the part of both parties allows for the free exchange of information where knowledge transfer can best occur.
How entrepreneurs can prepare before we start
If they don't already have a business, it's a great idea for entrepreneurs to complete a business plan (or canvas) before engaging mentors directly.
