I have been able to restart and have now opened the first house in December 2022. I am looking forward to stabilizing it and opening another one, but slowly.

1. I want to build a chain of budget hotels by setting up 10 houses in the next 3 years
2. Generating $144,000 minimum in revenue per year
3. Creating jobs up to 35 employees

1. My initial motivation will be guidance from my mentor on how to do business in an organized manner.
2. I believe that a mentor is someone who has experience and can understand because I may not be able to express myself well at times.
3. I will progress faster, and my goals will be met in a more timely and orderly manner.

I'm getting into the tourism and hospitality industries to start a chain of budget hotels around the world by building or renting houses and decorating them in a homey style so that travelers can feel at home and directly exchange cultures and lifestyles with the people with whom they share the same table and kitchen on a daily basis. I have been doing this even before COVID - 19.
