As the Mentor Advisor for MicroMentor, I'm here to help Mentors better serve their Mentees and themselves. 1) By creating opportunities for Mentors to share best practices as a Group, as well as to network with one another within the MicroMentor Community. 2) Building Mentor to Mentor connections so they can help one another assist an entrepreneur with a particular issue outside their regular Mentors' area of expertise. 3) Facilitate trainings and certifications to grow our Mentoring and Consulting skills and competencies. 4) Pair up Master Mentors with Mentors In Training to help them better serve their MicroMentor clientele while learning their craft.

Creating abundance and learning how to run a successful business is a teachable skill as is learning how to be a better Mentor and Business Coach. So I enjoy passing on what I know while learning from others what they have to teach me. This give and take helps me in my own business life while also assisting others in building their own enterprises. All of this translate into better outcomes for the MicroMentor entrepreneurs.

Keeping commitments, creating healthy and honest communication while having a positive impact on one another. Having folks strengthening their strengths and finding ways to pass off the tasks that are more challenging so they can do their best to make their business a success. A learning environment where the Mentor Community gets value while giving service to others.

Get clearer on who they are, what are their strengths and challenges, and what they want from a consultant/coach/advisor. Also, focus on who REALLY is their customer and who are their competitors and learning more about both so they can excel in their business endeavors by better understanding their industry environment.
