I started my journey as to becoming an entrepreneur in 2006. I started out as a Financial advisor . I still continue doing that . In 2013 I took up the franchise for a Spa and a Salon . In 2017 the Salon company closed down and then started my quest to learn how to do business. Until then i just followed what the principals told me. In Dec 2017 I was at Rs0 revenue because all my staff had left me due to some reason . I built my business back from Rs 0 to Rs 100,00,000/- in 9 months . From April 2018 to 31 Dec 2018 .
During Covid I did a lot of self learning and was able to sustain my revenues. I realised the importance of having systems in place . System for the services done in the Salon and Spa , for Inventory management , for forecasting revenues and managing my staff. I have established myself as a Salon Profitability Coach and I conduct webinars for the same.

I can offer mentoring on developing the Mindset of the Entrepreneur . Explain to them of what is that one needs to know when one wants to start a business. Make them understand the importance of having systems in place . As I have been through a lot of failures and wins I can explain to them how important it is to not give up. I can explain to them them to the importance of every aspect of the Business like Marketing, Sales. Budgeting, Inventory management , Understanding the Financial statements and Staff Management .
My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship
My mentee should understand and improve upon the ideas that we have exchanged. The initiative has to come from the Mentee .She should have the desire to learn and experiment with new ideas.
How entrepreneurs can prepare before we start
An Entrepreneur should have a basic idea about what she wants and what she is lacking.
She write down her thoughts ..the good and the negative of her business .
Must have Goals. Must know what her problems or difficulties are.
