How I can help

My professional background

I started my career at the age of 19 as a Customer Sales Representative with a BPO for about 13 months. during that time I was also studying for my final professional level ACCA exams. In June 2013, I joined S&P Global (SNL Financial back then) as an intern. I have been with the company for about 9 years now and during this time, I have acquired knowledge of Banking and Financial Services industries.

I have managed 3 departments as an Operations Manager during the course of 9 years with max of 60 team members reporting to me in Pakistan and India. I am currently overseeing a new department in the company as Senior Manager, Commercial Finance. This team creates, administers and publish the Commissions plans for 1300 employees.

How to work with me

What I can offer

I can offer mentorship both in terms of hard and soft skills. My core area of expertise are in people management, communication, work-life balance and time/priority management.

My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship

No mentorship is successful if the mentee is not fully committed to the cause. I expect the mentee to commit enough time and with mutual understanding work on a proper development plan for their growth.

How entrepreneurs can prepare before we start

Have a clear goal and mindset of what you want to achieve with this mentorship.
