I am a Sr Manager within the App & Loyalty Team and have the honor of leading a dynamic team of Lead Experience Managers located in hybrid locations nationally. My team manages Strategic Projects and Programs supporting the next evolution of our App, MVA 3.0. We work hard everyday to ensure Verizon’s apps are recognized as the preferred channel for sales, service & support by our customers while serving as the destination where customers are rewarded and recognized by Verizon.

I am a certified Project Management Professional with over 16 years of project, program and operations management. I have held leadership positions in Customer Service, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Digital. I hold a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, a PMP, a Verizon Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and am a member of our Women’s Association of Verizon Employees (WAVE) and Parents and Caregivers Together (PACT).

I have excellent organization and time management skills with a proven ability to work under pressure on multiple strategic programs and projects while meeting required deadlines. I have strong management skills and have excelled at leading multi-functional project and program core teams in person and remotely. I am quickly able to organize around a problem and engage various teams to solve the challenge. I am able to deal with conflict and bring about resolution with creative solutions. I have great communication skills and interact daily with all levels of management including SVP, VP and Directors.'
