My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship are: 1. to witness significant transformations in the mentees' personal lives and companies as they take meaningful measures at each level of the mentoring program 2. to see the long-term improvement they had anticipated for their firm.
Above all, I hope to have a memorable, valuable, and rewarding mentoring relationship with them.
