How I can help

My professional background

I am a postgraduate student, studied and trained locally and internationally in various areas including Entreprenurship. I am a humanitarian, right defender, school developer/manager. A professional teacher (Educationer). Founder/Director African Youth Connect (Young People Coaching Centre) and Chiarman Sanvit De Zrahill Ventures.

How to work with me

What I can offer

All you need to to become entreperial is a simple value-adding idea. God had an idea and the world was created. Somebody had an idea and electricity was invented and so on. What is your own idea? No one becomes enterprenerial without an idea. Get an idea and your success is born.

As long as this Entreprenurship mentoring is concerned, I will offer Mentees the following; preparing for Entreprenurship; challenges and strategies. 2. Why most businesses fail. 3. Entreperial environment. 4. Financial strategy. 5. Financial management. 6. Techniques for generating business ideas as well as for identifying and assessing business opportunities. 7. Success in Entreprenurship: Determining Factors. 8. Creative Thinking and Problem-Solving. 9. Successful Commencement of a business Entreprise: Legal, Enthical Corporate Social Responsibility Requirements. 10. Venture Creation and Growth: Managing Transition from startup to Growth. 11. New Opportunities for Expansion (E-Bussiness). 12. How to Write a Winning Business Plan. 13. Communication Skills for Entrepreneurship. 14. Entrepreneurship: Possibilities for the Graduate. 15. Mentoring, Monitoring and Evaluation. Etc.

My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship

The emergence of next generation CEOs, i.e young CEOs discovered and developed, and aspiring entrepreneurs who will challenge the status quo, chart a new course and shape the future of our world in the next couple of years. Discovered and developed their leadership and entreperial potentials.

Assisted them to gain exposure and experience that will enhance their capabilities to optimally harness the multifaceted, unlimited and untapped resources on the environment. I passionately want to see world's generation of young people take their place as agents of change who will place many countries (developing & under-developed countries) in the comity of developed nations in the next few years.

Finally I have mentored they Mentees to practically understand that "an entrepreneur is one who has discovered purpose, developed passion and turned passion to products".

How entrepreneurs can prepare before we start

To ascertain whether they are fit for Entrepreneurship, you would need to ask and answer these questions:

  1. Do you have a protest mentality?
  2. Do you have a positive mental attitude?
  3. Do you have a strong sense of personal awareness?
  4. Are you willing to take initiative?
  5. Do you have a strong sense of commitment?
  6. Do you have a high energy level?
  7. Do you have integrity? Are you reliable?
  8. Are you patient?
  9. Can you deal with failure?

If they Mentees can provide all of these answers accurately we are good to go.
