I began my career just after college as an entry level software developer; Starting a career in technology is challenging since the job itself requires precise technical skills, but I was able to lean on senior level developers for help then eventually became skilled and senior level myself. After working through my development path, I moved into team lead roles and project management roles. Then finally after mastering technology and having a great understanding of business, I accepted my first leadership role where I continued my learning journey and was promoted to a senior manager overseeing multiple technologies supporting over 9000 employees in a 5 billion dollar company.
How to work with me
What I can offer
I would like to help entry and mid level professionals grow in their career and learn to manage projects (and people!) successfully. I have seen first hand that successful management of projects (anything from a small 2-3 day project to a large visibility 9+ month project) help entrepreneurs to demonstrate their skills in communication, organization, people management, business savviness and ultimately get ahead of the competition who often times do not exhibit these critical skills.
