We are running a start up baby shop. We are struggling to come up with a good ecommerce site for our shop. Most Kenyans are receptive to buying goods online. I need advice on exactly how I can be able to implement this.

We are a start up baby shop in Kenya trying to leverage on both walk in clients and online. Our online part is wholly bay social media pages where we promote. Our problem now is coming up with a workable plan to implement an ecommerce site. I need advice from a mentor who has succefully implemented an e commerce site and been able to market it and broke even. Most Kenyans use internet. Sites that have multi vendors are doing well and really competing for market share. Our case we want to specialise in baby stuff only. Thank you in advance as you purpose to assist.
