In last 2 decades of professional experience, I have 60+ certifications, which includes Stanford University d.School, IDEO and Google Ventures Design Thinking and Design Sprint approaches, My mentorship program includes design thinking and Human-centered activities with powerful process of problem-solving that begins with understanding unmet customer needs. From that insight emerges a process for innovation that encompasses concept development, applied creativity, prototyping, and experimentation.
When approaches are applied to business, the success rate for innovation improves substantially.
The ideal activities are 50+ but due to the nature of short span of entrepreneurs development programs, I have customized them by filtering the key activities to focus on outcome.
