What I need help with

My background as an entrepreneur

My current challenges

My main problem currently is trying to determine how to take a customer's payment for groceries, for instance. Do I pre-pay for the groceries and have them pay me when I return? That seems risky. But, I am unsure how other errand companies do it, and not clear where I can locate the information.

About my venture

Effortless Errands

I am in the beginning stages of starting my errand-running service called Effortless Errands. I see a distinct need to give people more time in their day to spend with their family and friends...or just by themselves, in order to re-charge. I will do all types of errands for them - groceries, dry-cleaning, going to the post office, proofreading a paper or project, waiting for a delivery person...anything they need. So far, I have my company name, logo and business cards, and I am developing a pricing list. I have also started a website and a Facebook page, and my husband is working on my app. My next goals are to get the website done, and to begin passing out marketing information to various companies to help drum up some business.
