Elizabeth Leonard is a program manager with agile expertise. She helps small and medium enterprises, and professionals to create and implement a roadmap for transformative organization using scrum techniques to create an aligned system and structure that helps scale, and sustain their businesses. She also helps with an indepth users and market research to help them She successfully supported the implementation of strategic business plans for small-scale businesses in the catering, fashion, business consulting, and non-profit organizations, many of whom are owners from North America, Europe, and Africa. More so, she successfully organized and facilitated an annual summit and training programs for small businesses.
