I will be offering services on: -How to manage debts and credits translating to business sustainability. -Management of petty cash and imprest and it's implications on financial expenditure. -Updating of Debtors list in an ageing schedule and it's impact on the cash flow. -Bank reconciliations and it's impact on the cash flow. -How to conduct budgetary controls. -How to enhance benchmarks to enhance controls on proper planning, utilisation utilisation in relation to budgets. -Tax filing and implications to the business. -How to write business reports and business plans and their formats.

-Impact business men to enhance sustainability of Smes. -Translate proper knowledge into business experiences as per the workplans. -Enhance continuous evaluation and monitoring of business progress to enhance growth and sustainability. -We should also be able to share ideas and receive feedback and queries from our members. -Mentors and members should have a workplan in the learning for motivation and proper planning.
