How to work with me

What I can offer

Business mentoring, sales coaching and sales development for any service-based business.

Mentoring and coaching fully supported by online/digital delivery and messaging.

My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship

Delighted to have opportunities to work with small business owners/sole traders/professionals/freelancers in service-based businesses looking to grow and are serious about investing time and commitment to be mentored. Based on mutual respect and trust for one another with good, open communication. Looking forward to seeing individuals and businesses develop and prosper as a result of mentoring.

How entrepreneurs can prepare before we start

Give thought to the key areas they would like to develop/see better results in. Think about current strengths, weaknesses and opportunities. Identify what you're hoping to gain from having a mentor. I normally do an introductory session first to discuss this, manage expectations and agree the role of both the mentor and mentes.
