How to work with me

What I can offer

With my broad experience base in many industries and roles, I can leverage that knowledge base for the many areas that need addressing in a startup environment. My motto is 'jack-of-all-trades', master of some. My mastered areas include, Internet marketing strategy, online sales, marketing research/digital analytics, digital content/properties management, sales management. My 'Master of Some' areas include, logistics, process management, inventory and warehouse management, POS and fulfillment channels, investor relations/development.

My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship

I have found the most successful entrepreneurs dedicate themselves somewhat obsessively to their business endeavors. That acts as the fuel to drive towards success, even in the dark hours of starting up. That being said, I also believe leaders need to be pragmatic and open to change that the market will dictate. Those 2 characteristics need to be cultivated in the mentor relationship.

How entrepreneurs can prepare before we start

Think about what your 3 biggest concerns about your startup, 2 biggest concerns about your leadership development to run your startup, and the largest concern you have in the market your startup needs to operate in.
