My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship
What I expect for a successful mentorship is that, the person been mentored should be able to have insight and good understanding on what he is about to start. The cons and pros, the challenges and problems, and how to overcome them.
A good mentor shouldn't be like a motivational speaker, just trying to tell a person the pros of something without showing him the challenge and how he can overcome them.
If mentorship is honestly given to people, they will surely achieve their goals by following the path being led by their mentors.
