Director of Business Sales for the NJ/NY markets Leading a team of 150 employees, supporting Enterprise and Small/Medium business customers sales across the NY/NJ markets. Responsible for driving sales, operations, customer experience, employee development, and marketing strategic solutions in wireless and mobility, Internet of Things, mobile device/enterprise mobility management. Our priority is to help our clients meet their goals and objectives by overcoming business challenges.
Director Of Consumer Operations: Defined customer service workflows. Wrote and improved customer service processes. Collected and analyzed customer service performance and delivery data, taking action regarding responses, and reporting to the organization. Measuring and improving overall customer experience levels.
Director of Indirect Sales: Responsible for driving results within (Territory?) with more than 900 employees. Scope includes employee development, guest relations, overall brand representation, distribution, and all financials.
District Manager: Oversee multiple VZW retail locations. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business including sales, day-to-day operations, asset controls, human resources, employee development, and recruitment.
Retail Sales Manager & Assist Manager: (Merge them both) Managed a retail store staff, hire and train new employees, motivate current employees, scheduled employee hours, and oversee payroll. Plan store layout and displays to simplify customer shopping and promote products.
Retail Sales Rep: Met with customers and made appointments to close potential sales. Resolve customer inquiries and handle all administrative aspects of each sale. Familiarity with wireless devices, equipment, and plans.
