How I can help

My professional background

I own 2 successful food brands in the ecommerce arena that are actively growing. I have a team of web developers, funnel designers and SEO optimizers I work with regularly. I have been in the food industry for more than 25 years; imports, food service and industrial. I have developed 3 companies from idea all the way to nationwide growth. In the last 10 years I have been involved closely with purposeful businesses and have shifted all my companies to that philosophy. My academic background is MBA and Industrial Engineer.

How to work with me

What I can offer

My short term goal is to unveil "unseen growth potential" by finding blind spots in your current operation. In my experience large investment is not always what is needed for growth, many times it is a small details that shifts and from there you either see numbers go up or see an opportunity for ROI.

We alter the order of the following priorities:

1- Cash, 2- Marketing, 3- People.

New approach:

1- Marketing, 2- People, 3- Automation(added), 4- Cash (last resource needed).

We work on 2 stages. Stage 1 we review the current state of your business, idea or start up. We look at your goals and what is between you and those getting accomplished.

I do this by giving you immediate support and feed back on my areas of experience that could apply to you:

Ecommerce, Amazon, Food Product Development, Import/Export, Purpose and Vision of your Business, Brand and Marketing, Daily Planning, Start up from Idea to Reality, Strength and Weaknesses,

Stage 2, we move into the areas above much deeper and go beyond. We work with other experts - on an available basis- to support you with all aspects of Marketing, People, Automation and Investment.

My winning formula is the following:

More Collaboration, less Competition. More Preparation, less Risk. More Creativity, less investment.

My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship

I prefer to work with businesses that have some kind of goal to better the life of others via their products. This is not always clear and that is ok. Most importantly your business and products must not cause harm to the environment.

How entrepreneurs can prepare before we start

1- Excluding money, identify at least one resource (or component of your business) that if improved(or added) it would take you to the next level. 2- Identify an effective resource your business already has or a skill related to your business you personally have.
