Nevertheless, this adaptive skill does not cause me to lose my personal views and opinions, and I have shown that I can work independently. I am a dynamic person with a strong record of achievement, combining skills in various areas of organizational development, group/staff leadership, Human Resources, program development, project management, building partnerships, industrial relationship, legal function and industrial licenses issue, government and community relations. I can learn fast inside companies or organizations in my experience, and I am familiar with ISO system.
