My professional background

I started working in the hospitality industry during high school as a barista and have worked in every position in restaurants since. During college, I moved into bar management and worked my way up to operations manager for a large restaurant group in Portland where I oversaw multiple full-service bar/restaurants and the beverage program for 40 locations. After working with the restaurant group for 10 years I migrated into the hospitality-tech industry. Using my experience in restaurant management and my love for tech, I started as a Customer Success Manager for R365-operational and accounting SaaS specifically for restaurants. I started the small business CSM team for R365 and worked directly with restaurant owners and operations to help run their businesses more successfully. My next hospitality start-up was PourMyBeer-hardware and software technology that provides self-pour technology for beverages (not just beer🍻-cocktails, wine, kombucha, coffee, pretty much anything that you can keg). I was their first Customer Success Manager and created the program from the bottom up. I again worked directly with restaurant & bar owners and operations ensuring their success. I also traveled to assist with location openings and ongoing support and promotion of their locations. Worked closely with the Marketing Team to host events- in-person summits, tech classes, online training, social media events, and webinars (I had the opportunity to host a few webinars🤓).

My current position is at MRM Global as Regional Director, Customer Success where I work with suppliers and distributors in the spirits, beer & wine industries. We use our platform, hyble to give sales and brand reps the ability to quickly and effectively create on-demand marketing materials. We strive to drive sales and reduce waste. I am currently building a Customer Success Team in North America to oversee our planned rapid growth in the market.
