How I can help
My professional background
I have spent the last 15 years in financial services (5 at Morgan Stanley and 10 years at Goldman Sachs) where I managed both small and large, complex teams, built new products, launched new business initiatives, and scaled teams and operations. I have also created and launched a software startup on scheduling tools between companies which is ongoing. I also run my own consulting business where I provide competitive and business strategy around digital lending products for banks and financial software companies.

What I can offer
I would love to help you with anything from the ambitious strategy to very specific problems. Where I personally have had the most success is around creating long-term visions that inspire the company or team, keeping them motivated, and executing on that vision. I'm big on leadership and coaching - helping you get out of your way and building incredible teams that support your goals. Some specific items I can help with are fundraising/pitch decks, product ideas, go-to-market strategies, budgeting, launching a business, scaling a business, recruiting and interviewing, and customer success.

I also expect to create material goals and performance indicators that can guide your decisions based on data.

What problem are you hoping to solve with your business? You should have a big vision that you can share in terms of what success looks like. Be flexible in your approach and don't be scared to change direction.
