Coming from the Hospitality area, personalized attention and customer service are my top priorities.

I am an empathetic person and I want to live in a better society. I believe in the simplicity of things, but I know that it takes a lot of effort to achieve it, and having someone to lead you makes it much easier.

I have always wanted to be able to help others to develop and showcase their skills and abilities.

We all need guidance at some point in our lives. It’s common for people to feel fear when it comes to making decisions, creating strategies, and facing the unknown. That’s why having a mentor can be so valuable!

I’ve had the opportunity to experience working and living abroad in different countries with diverse cultures and support people with different projects, from tourism experiences in Scotland and Africa to vacation tourism in Portugal, as well as health & beauty services and products (Spain, Honduras), education (languages and publishing in Russia and Nigeria), kitchenware manufacturing (India), and agricultural and agri-food projects. I’ve also worked in other countries such as the Dominican Republic, Papua New Guinea, Cameroon, Chile, among others.

My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship

Guidance in change processes, management, and decision-making:

6 months, meetings every 15 days, 90 min, 1:1.

With a methodology based on 5 steps:

  1. Current situation detailed analysis.

  2. Setting goals from 3 to 6 months.

  3. Sales strategy review and improvement

  4. Change of mindset from entrepreneur to businessman

  5. Elevator Pitch enhanced.
