During my career I've started and grown several companies in various industries, from retail, IT services, project management and consulting, construction and remodeling company in high end residential and commercial world as well as a security firm.

What I can offer

I love companies that have a mission of helping others, whether directly or through associations and are actively engaged in their community. I value those that respect hard work and show appreciation and understanding to their employees and associations. I can provide most value for those who want to streamline and eliminate issues between sales and service departments as well as staging a company to scale. My main background is in project management, IT, Sales and Marketing and knowing how to eliminate miscommunication and inefficiencies.

Having a clear expectation on your business plan, this doesn't mean having all the answers but you need to know which direction your going and what obstacles you need help overcoming. Coming to me and asking to do your entire business plan is a good way for me to ignore you.
