In my role as business owner and event planner, I managed the entire client process, provided project management on the day of the event, and implemented systems in my own business to automate processes and the client experience. I am hoping to mentor people who want success and are willing to work hard to achieve it. I would expect that prior to our phone call they provide me with the information I need to have a productive phone call, and then I would appreciate being able to check back in on them to see how they are doing with the action steps we discussed in our call.
