My professional background
Majorly, Business growth, project management and leadership. I have seen businesses through some of the difficult stages of their business and I can say the most challenging stage is the inception stage for most start-up, which deals more with making sales. So, I have help businesses develop growth model that will enable them make sales and also help to put all necessary project management techniques in place to ensure start-ups are able to successfully pass the inception stage and get their products or services to the market. And also importantly help businesses who are have challenges meeting up with sales and desire to have a market shares that will enable them to not just only break even but to scale up profit and retain their market shares through good customer service and public relation. Helping businesses owners and entrepreneurs to become a better leader is also a role I play in my career, to help entrepreneurs understand what is required of them and business skills needed.
