Cheryl Onyinye has done justice to the question. I will just like to draw your attention to the following: Are you asking for referrals from your existing customers? Are you taking advantage of social media marketing? Do you have a customer retention strategy? Work on what Cheryl advised and the few questions above. Thanks

Price: is your pricing reasonable? Compare your price with your competitors
Place: where are you selling your products? Are you using the right channels to reach your customers?
Promotion: what is your marketing strategy? Are you using right channels to inform customers about your product and create interest?

I think apart from the sales plan, community building and also being open for affiliate partners to onboard from various sections in society will help you to spread the word of mouth and this will help you indirectly to generate sales.

sales plan, yearly / monthly the target, clients retention strategy all can't help if there is no SALES SKILS. train your sales representative first then give plan, target and policies.

Are you solving your customers problems? If you're not solving problems for your customers, then the likelihood of you increasing your sales over time will dwindle. In business, it's all about problem-solving. Find the pain point, and then solve that pain. Clearly, pain equates to problems. And the bigger the problem, the bigger the potential for earning a windfall of cash by solving it. Talk to your customers. Understand them better. What are they struggling with? How well does your current products or services solve their problems? Are there things that you could be missing? Until you actually talk to your customers, there's no way of knowing firsthand.
