How are you pitching your business? How are you articulating the value add of your business? Can you explain how your value proposition is better and differentiated from other players/ competitors in your field? Think about the structure of what you need to consider when you are pulling together a business plan- which tends to be a very lengthy document- and start pulling that into a sales pitch. You can then leverage this to confidently present your business whether you are presenting, writing it up for an application, or even creating a video.
