Can someone explain in the simplest terms possible how I can identify the needs of my customers and present a solution to them?

I run a small home Bakery business and recently started building an online presence. I'm looking for a way to attract my target audience. I understand I have to identify their needs which my products and services solve for them.

But I really don't know how to identify those needs. For example, what needs does a bakery business address???

Remember something people do not buy products, they buy experiences and benefits, based on this, evaluate what are the experiences and benefits that you can deliver with each of your products and start showing this on your networks, if you already have Facebook and Instagram connect them and from the facebook suite manages everything from there, creates valuable content that talks about all these benefits and generates an unforgettable shopping experience for your customers, when you have grown organically, start advertising on facebook ads and if you have possibilities, set up a web page and deliver information to your customers that show you how a company that dominates the bakery issue delivers emotions, benefits and experiences and the rest will be to hear the cash register ring

Hello Tosin. The obvious way is the direct interaction with customers. However, the answer to your inquiry should be already available in the market evaluation you did before starting the business. As you know that research allows to define: demand, customer profile, competition, trends, niches, and so on. In your case may be a good idea to run a new one, compare both, reach conclusions and update the respective business plan. Have success.

The needs of your customers are defined by their values. Value-based marketing is key in reaching them. The concept may not be as simple as you would like, but it is absolute fact that individual value systems define peoples needs and your furthering their values will get them to buy.

Values-based marketing does not relate to client perception of your product or service value; rather, it relates to your understanding of the client and using that knowledge to motivate that client to buy.
