How do I develop my business plan?

There are various resources on the internet that explain how to do a business plan. I would suggest you use the lean canvas method. The old style business plan is too long, no one wants to read them and they are usually outdated as soon as they are completed.

Lean canvas is a modern approach to business planning preferred by many VCs. We used to call it a 1-Sheet. VCs are in the game of making massive returns on investments sometimes 100x or more. Trust their knowledge and use a modern business planning approach.
