I am selling baby goods on Instagram. I am finding difficulty in getting engagement and customers. I usually run ads and I get small orders after that. I want to ask does having a website help in getting more customers and orders.

The world is definitely moving towards social media but it is also a good idea to have a website as this helps validate your business, not only this but it would expand your businesses reach to other potential customer who do not use social media. Most websites do allow for you to connect your social media accounts to your website and vice versa, I believe this would be a great next step for you.
