Preparing meal in a clean environment is the first step. Then endeavor to employ good cooks and other competent workers who treat the consumers with dignity. Choosing location where your meal will be acceptable to the society is essential.

Before launching the product in large scale, you can test market the product and judge if the product is getting acceptance and traction or not. Based on the survey you can scale quality and re test it.

I am a marketing executive with over 10 years in marketing at small and large businesses alike. The easiest answer to your question is to increase what we call in marketing "brand awareness". I would recommend giving free samples and an easy first start. Word of Mouth (WOM) marketing is still the most powerful form of marketing. If people like your samples, they will be much more willing to buy a full meal. If the meal is good, they will tell their friends. Thus, increasing people's knowledge and appreciation for your product / brand.

Ready-to-eat products in health food is a vast and growing segment but a very competitive one. It has many prominent players and innumerable smaller players. It would help if you came out with a compelling idea after studying the market. After that, you need to test the product with the representative beta customers and modify the product based on the feedback.

For a small producer, the best distribution strategy is with online platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. This has to be accompanied by a marketing strategy with online media like Google, Facebook, and Twitter. You will have to iterate to see what works. It is a long-term game and may need a serious investment if the scale is desired.
