First, you need to identify the pain points of your customers/potential customers. What problems are they going through that your business solves. For example, your business could be offering beauty products. In this case, the pain points of your potential customers could include: acne, skin dryness, pimples, etc.

Identifying the pain points of your potential customers allows you to produce content that resonates with them and addresses the topics they are most concerned about.

Once you identify the pain points, brainstorm some topics [solutions to these problems] and then use free tools like Canva to visually communicate to them.
