HELP! I need a low cost CRM that meets my biz needs

I have spent the better part of last week searching for a free or low-cost CRM to meet my companies needs.  I have done most of my research on the internet by evaluating the companies crm options as well as customer reviews.  I keep narrowing it down to 2 or 3 and then starting over.

I am in the Merchant Services Industry and we have a relationship based- local model.

Any suggestions and why would be great!

I looked for a while as well and finally came upon this one. A bit pricey but intuitive, clean interface, responsive support with good balance of detail and simplicity.

Jessica,  Have you looked at Salesforce.com? They have an online CRM that is pretty cost effective, I believe.

ACT is another decent, reasonbly priced CRM.  A free one the at I've used that also is pretty good is FreeCRM.com.  And then there's always Outlook that can be configured as a basic CRM.

Happy New Year Jessica, I'm uncertain if my answer to your question is outdated, but if you are still in search of a nifty CRM that can be utilized on a budget, then you should highly consider PipelineDeals.com. Hope this helps.
