What are good books for leadership and being a good CEO?

My company is 9-10 months old. We are making good traction, however, I would like to be a better CEO for my team. Do you have any advice?

Lost and Founder, by Rand Fishkin

Rand Fishkin's book takes a refreshing look at the life of a tech startup CEO. Spoiler alert: it's not all unicorns, rainbows and gumdrops.

He pulls back the curtain on what it's really like to battle for success in the startup world. His advice is sound and can be applied to any type of business, no matter the size or industry.

2 Books from Spencer Johnson: "Who moved my cheese?" and "The 01 Minute manager" are worth reading. They are short and easy to understand but filled with super advice that is easy to implement.

Also Thinking Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman is good,
