How do I manage a newly open restaurant of my own, as am only 10days In the business and I have acquired so much wastage and turnover is very low. Pls help me in managing this situation.

Good of you, you start a business, but bad of you, because you want to make fast and large profit. Remember Rome was nt built in a day, which same go to new business. 1, where is the location of restaurants, try make it funny place,like try add one thing tht kid love most popcorn etc . 2, what type of meal fo you prepare, Ask for the most demand meal around to attract people 3, how often do you open, make it around hour thing, before setting closing early thing 3, do you enjoy what you, 4, employ less people in restaurants ,do this for now
