I know someone whose selling a Rolling ice cream store, how do i find buyers?

I have a friend who is selling his business and its running pretty good, been in the business about one year, full fledged business so you do not have to keep it the same, what options are out there?

Well an ice cream business is a pretty Illiquid asset. So I would first recommend patience. In order to make it more liquid you would have to drop the price. If your friend is making plenty of profit then he can't be in too big of a hurry to sell. Hire a store manager that can be delegated to so its mostly hands off for him until he finds a buyer.

If there is an option to do a cart/food truck, i recommend going to street festivals in the summer in the nearest metropolitan - its great publicity and good business!

I would recommend attempting to list on Facebook market. Social media is a powerful marketing tool and doesn't cost you anything. I've sold vehicles through Facebook in the past.

If you mean rolled ice cream, you might find a competitor wanting to expand or a rival franchise desiring your location. Or consider merging the store into a complementary business. For example, make room for ice cream rolling in a dessert bakery cafe. Wouldn't it be cool to pair a hibachi restaurant and an ice cream rolling biz? Both offer performance-based food experiences!

If you mean a food truck, you'll make far more money from the truck than the business. Although check out the episode of The Profit where Marcus helps an ice cream truck biz.

Put a "For Sale" sign on the truck. Advertise in local digital outlets.
