One example I can give is if your company was called nailsandsteel or something like that. You could blog from a tab in your website and post small snippets about how to use nails and steel in certain situations. In the blog itself you could state that you want your keyword or whatever google or other crawler sites will use to look that up, to be nails and steel. You post a lot of content and eventually if your name is unique enough you’ll make front page of google. Could go like:
Nails and steel can be used for a variety of things nails can be used to hammer and steel can be used to reinforce like in girders for construction etc. here at nails and steel company we will help guide the consumer to their needs regarding all things nails and steel.
Keyword: nails and steel
That’s just a quick example. Other factors go into SEO like how new is the content? Is it being updated? Etc. that’s why when you see articles from like 2 years ago pop up in google is because the author updated it. Things like that go a long way.
