For lead generation, you should build a good landing page and drive traffic to it so you may get leads. Regarding your client management issue, it has to be looked into more closely to understand what are the issues here.

1.I think it is important the analyse why you are unable to sustain the businesses you crack.That will give you the direction for the next step. 2. You need to pick up one business and take it to completion and leave a feel good factor with the client,who can then become your reference for further business. 3. You may make a list of all people you have known in your life,connect with them and ask each one of them for at least 2-3 references,follow them up and get closures.
