You don't have to keep clients waiting for a long period, entertain them by telling them about new things you saw on the web like job adverts, technology etc, have enough service providers.

Be value-add. Don't sell your services but instead solve problem. Take an important current issue or challenge, solve it, and share it with others on social media platforms. People will organically attract to you and your brand if you look to solve people's problems.

I agree with the above advice around identifying non trivial problems and offering solutions is the only real way to grow your business. I would only add that the IT/Computer service industry is a very large market with many large incumbents that make it hard for a smaller business to stand out and succeed unless you have pre-existing relationships with influencers and buyers. In a large market there are always smaller submarkets (narrow verticals) that are poorly served by large competitors. The best way to stand out is for you to develop expertise in one of those narrow verticals and grow from there.

I agree with the above comments, and would suggest you tailor offerings with a specific focus on their pain points and how your solution can make their lives easier. That is a popular trend started by companies like Amazon and others that are focused on providing a great customer experience. Try to leverage your existing network to find potential new customers as it's easier when through a mutual connection than starting a new relationship.

While I agree with the answers above, I'd reinforce Jacques comment. Especially in the computer services area, we only really look at small players to fill critical gaps left by the major players.

• You should start with your PERSONAL SWOT analysis.

• Then create your IDEAL CLIENT persona (Who are the ideal clients, where they live, where they hire, how they hire, and why they hire).

• The Third step is COMPETITOR ANALYSIS. Who are your competitors (the persons/teams) who offer the same services as you do?

• WHY DO CLIENTS HIRE COMPETITORS? The critical step is to see why your ideal clients hire your competitors.

• GAP ANALYSIS: refer to steps one and third, see what you need (Training, Education, Experience, Skill, Communication, Folio etc)

• WHY YOU? You can see the directions for yourself in terms of your short-term and long-term goals.

• PROMOTE YOUR SERVICES AS A VALUE ADDITION: List down the values your services will provide to your ideal clients and promote through ads, organic seo, one-O-one messages.

Make sure you establish your own company/business objectives first. Then establish your target audience. To attract new clients, you need to understand what it is your target clients are looking for. Do they align to what you and your company can provide based on your company/business objectives? If so, go for it! Market yourself and your company; make sure to differentiate yourself from other competitors by truly focusing on what customers want and how you can put them first to make sure you can meet their needs.
