Hi Jamilah. Perhaps your service is not resolving the customers problem(s). Or you are not explaining well the attributes of your offer. You need to go deeper in your market research to define the specific characteristics of the potential demand, customize the proper services to match it, and support the sales with an attractive explicit publicity. Good luck.

Hi Jamilah, Miguel's answer is a great one. Once you've completed the market research and know that you have an audience with a need and a problem that solves the problem(s) you will begin the sales process. In sales, people aren't just looking for the service/functionality they are looking for the impact of finding their solution. You'll have to ask illuminating questions to understand what they've done, if it worked, how they felt about the results, what has changed, what's triggering the need now, etc.
Definitely market research first then the sales focus. Good fortune to you and be sure to let us know how things are going!

What are you trying to solve for your customers? You need to relate the problem with them and then encourage them to engage with you to help solve it.
I wouldn't waste time explaining a solution but instead explain the problem and that your company can solve it.
Target marketing and SEOs can help get the messaging out.

Hope this may help you: * Create FAQ campaign for educating your client * Don’t forget that the most efficient content in digital media is Video, then Image and then text * Be live and answer the clients questions * Rethink about the current message in your communication tools with your audience

Talk to prospects & potential customers to find out what their needs are. They'll tell you through their own words what they're looking for. And then you use their words in how you market your products & services. And as some other mentors pointed out, depending on how you market your product, you can use search engine tools to ensure you use the words that customers are in your digital presence so that customers can find you.

It's key the people can see what your product is used for, and can see themselves using it. If those two things aren't clear, it's going to be tough converting them into paying customers. The others have said this, but you really need to do your research to see if your idea/product is really going to fill a need. If it is...then you have to work on ways to clearly communicate the problems it can solve, the needs it meets. If you have to explain it every time, it may not have a future. Don't give up!

Show them how that service will solve the problem they have. Take time and educate them on your services, its value to them.
