Onuh hi. It is not easy to know why there is not a reply because the possibilities are several, such as lack of time or interest, miscommunication, change in plans, a more attractive alternative from competition, sickness, personal problem of your customer, shift in priorities, and so on. You may want, for example, to send a new brief friendly message, asking for status, offering to provide details if necessary, and telling your customer you will follow up with a call in a week. Best wishes.

Hi, Onuh. A lot depends on what led up to submitting your proposal, how you submitted it, and if they are really interested in your services. Assuming all of this is in order, here is what I would suggest: 1) Dress up 2) Buy some donuts, cookies or candy. 3) Tape your business card to the box. 4) Stop by their facility and thank them for letting you submit your proposal. 5) Give them your treats. 6) Ask if they have made any decisions yet. 7) If no, ask them for their business. If yes, thank them and ask if you can be their first alternative in case they are not satisfied with the other service.

Good luck!
