Please keep in mind that simply setting up a web site does not mean customers will find you. Your site must be broadcast with a regular routine of social networking to succeed.
Networking is a vital tool in achieving an image/brand. Establish a network like a wheel. The hub is core content (web site, blog, books, articles, useful materials). The spokes leading from the hub are the tools to network content that is linked to the hub.
Contacts are the engines that power the wheel.
Content is the fuel that feeds the social networking contacts and powers the wheel.
As the wheel turns, the quality of the networking improves with feedback and the wheel climbs the optimization hill of the major search engines (SEO).
Limiting factors are the quality of the core content and knowledge/persistence in networking.
Personal, professional and business branding is occurring regularly, whether or not we are aware of it.
From our web site presence to our postings on the sites of others, from our credit ratings to our cell phone records and application navigation, we are tracking others and being tracked ourselves.
Deciding to become active in social networking is really a matter of managing personal, professional and business images/brands or having them manage us.

Hello. There is lots of different free courses about marketing and SEO. Also its easier to start with shopify or wix and add their payment options - which is trustworthy and secure. Also you can hire web developer from upwork who will make your website look professional. Always good idea is to market your webpage under your name and promote with it videos, live videos where you talk with your own face - so customers will see you who you are. Running a e-commerce is not an easy job - everyday marketing skills are very strongly needed.

I would make sure that you are thinking about your brad presence overall. How does it look and feel when someone hits your website? What is the user experience? Is it easy to do business? and most of all right now is it secure. Security when purchasing online is key consumers. Customer commentary and reviews are a great way for people to want to come back.

The key to marketing your business online is (1) presentation does your website look shop worthy. Is it inviting to the eye, and does your product look enticing. If you saw your product on a website would you want to purchase it. (2) Once your customers purchase your product what is the wait or delivery timeframe. (3) are you updating information about your product & responding to reviews... Customer reviews can make or break a product... (4) Are you on social media platforms? Social media has become a great way to advertise products whether you schedule live chats about your product or add new pictures daily it will help keep your product relevant.

Have you figured out the necessary security in the operation. This is very key. You can try escrow for payment and product validation.
