Here in the United States, we have many so-called Financial Technology (Fin Tech) companies that deliver banking type services online. They tend to reach mostly small businesses and startups. They are much easier to deal with compared to traditional banks. These include the following: https://www.bluevine.com/ | https://www.lendio.com/ | https://www.ondeck.com/ | https://www.fundera.com/ | https://www.varomoney.com/ | https://www.brex.com/ | https://borro.com/ | https://www.lendingtree.com/ | https://www.kiva.org/borrow | https://fundbox.com/

A few of these may be available to businesses outside of the United States. There are also plenty of other platforms that are more investment related for startups that have very serious growth potential such as: https://gust.com/ | https://www.symbid.com/ | https://wefunder.com/ | https://www.accion.org/ | https://angelpad.com/ | https://www.dreamit.com/ | https://dealroom.co/ | https://askforfunding.com/ | https://launch.newchip.com/ | https://www.revupfund.com/ | https://www.seedinvest.com/ | https://microventures.com/ | https://www.crowdcube.com/ | https://www.ourcrowd.com/ |

Once again, it is not clear if these platforms invest in businesses outside of the United States. They are looking for a business that is transformational; can rapidly grow with some money. So I doubt if these will apply to your situation. However, you are welcome to do additional research.

Depending upon what you are selling, you might be able to do a crowdfunding campaign. If you have some followers and you can put together a compelling video, then you can raise some seed capital from your followers. There are hundreds of crowdfunding platforms online. Here are a few of the more popular ones: https://www.gofundme.com/ | https://www.kickstarter.com/ | https://www.indiegogo.com/ | https://www.fundable.com/ | https://www.circleup.com/ | https://www.crowdsupply.com/ | https://fundly.com/ | https://ifundwomen.com/ | https://www.patreon.com/ | https://chuffed.org/us | https://startsomegood.com/

Finally, grants are hard to come by. They are often issued at a local level by the government or an NGO - Non Governmental Organization. Here in the United States, a good place to search for grants is: https://www.grantwatch.com/

Hope this helps. Good luck. - Matt Evans
