I'd suggest writing a compelling pulse article to appeal to consumers directly. To maximize engagement use hashtags, tag people who are relevant and can help you to promote and also post in relevant groups.
Secondly join relevant groups for example broker groups, financial professional groups and write about your opportunity for referrals.
Finally target the job title, industry, region on LinkedIn to send targetted messaging to try to get a call or a meeting to start a referral agreement.
