How big is the market for thermal power projects in your area? Have you considered exploring other locations to see if they are interested in your services?
Does the thermal power market know that you provide services in the field? Do you clearly advertise in simple terms what you offer, how you do it, why they should hire you/use your services?
Are your prices comparable to what the industry offers to potential clients?
Are you developing relationships with the right personnel in the organizations that could use your service?
Have you considered partnering with another thermal power projects service provider to demonstrate past performance and to be able to sell your solo services moving forward?
Reassess the market, if there is a need for this service, if the pricing is right, figure out people to connect and build relationships with at the companies that could use your service. You can even figure out a way to fix a potential companies pain point in a business case, white paper and show them how you can add value.
